Regarding the questions you asked, we inform you based on the link: https://www.asus.com/id/Phone/ZenFone-Max-Pro-ZB602KL/HelpDesk_Download/ normally Android 10 is available with WW-17.2017.2004.424 version via OTA. Normally Android 10 on firmware version WW-17.2017.2004.424 is AOSP Beta, yes sir. If the notification is not yet available, please choose the default Asus application called FOTA Service or DM Client first. Please select Settings, applications and notifications, see all applications, then "Show System" in the upper right corner then clear the cache and data. The information is based on the link: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1031303/. Then, please select the Settings, System, System Updates and Check Updates menus. Make sure the battery condition on the unit is at least 70% and don't forget to backup the data first.

You can also manually update the firmware. Please follow the following guidelines:
1. Please download the firmware file at the link: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/ZenFone/ZB601KL/UL-ASUS_X00T-WW-17.2017.2004.424-user.zip/.
2. Move the firmware file to internal memory without putting it in a folder.
3. Restart (reactivate).
4. When this is done the unit will have a system update notification.
5. After the notification appears please press and the unit will automatically update the firmware.
Make sure the battery condition on the unit is at least 70% and don't forget to backup the data first.
