Asus Zen UI which being used in Asus zenfone max m1 is providing call recording. And Asus as used near to stock android in this Max m1 pro but there are features of Zen UI like some geasures. So if they can add geasures they can also add call recording.

Call recording can only be added by Google. Asus can't add, coz GMS license taken by Asus from Google. Call recording is available only for Android One devices with same GMS used by both Nokia and Asus. As call recording is a server side update from Google, you need to wait. Mind you that Asus is using AOSP based android, so gestures can be added, but not call recording.

Why not.....asus can add call recording app.....all third party call recorder app not working in this device....what to.do ??? Google is very lazy adding essential feature like dual sim.....split screen
