I would like to report a bug that removes bass from sound. Steps to reproduce it:
Every time i reboot phone and instantly (as fast as i can) start playing music - sound quality is perfect with full bass. After approximately five seconds of playing music - bass suddenly disappears, sound quality drops. Moreover it behaves the same for both bluetooth and jack audio.
It seems as if some additional equalizer settings are applied later in boot process - but i don't have any equalizer app installed on my phone.
Steps i took to resolve the issue:
Reset app settings
Tried safe mode - but there is no music player so doesn't count
Reset to factory settings
Therefore I would like to record and submit logs from my phone and fill a bug - can you please advise how can i do that.

2. The bass issue occurs in which condition? (cable earphone/bluetooth oearphone/phone speaker)

3. Could you provide any comparison in audio or video?

4. Does the problem appear on the preloaded app-Play music?

5. Does it appear on Youtube? Could you send us a music link and indicate the timepoint of the problem?

Yes i ama using zb602kl with 424 firmware version . At first i did notice any improvement in sound quality but after multiple restarts it got better ( YouTube , music and everything ) but it still not good . It lucks bass and clearness . I m afraid to restart my phone again , i m afraid it will be worse again lol . Pie has an amazing sound quality , please just make it like that . Thank you

After investigating, the tech team have confirmed that neither Android 9 or Android 10 has provide HD in Call of Duty in ZB602KL. Please contact the developer of Call of Duty if you require any further information.

I have encountered with the same problem.
The headphone jack fails to deliver low frequency sound and bass.
The sound quality is very terrible.
I have installed the latest firmware (QKQ1.WW_Phone-17.2017.2004.424-20200414) and the problem still continues.
I kindly request asus to fix the problem.

Facing bass issue with the bluetooth headset.
Resolve it ASAP with next A10 update.
