My Mobile data doesn't appear and cannot be connected, but my sim still working.. it happen when the new update installed

    Better check with your network provider if apn was set.

    If yes and still no,best get to Asus customer service chat and check.

    @Zyler Double check your mobile network settings in case anything's off since updating (shouldn't be).

    You can also try resetting by going to:

    Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
