My headphone is not working only during calls

Is anyone able to help me with below problem.
My headphone is not working only during calls, eventhough headset is detected, it is working fine while gaming, listening to music or video, but not working in what's app call, duo call etc . But only this headset(Smoking bud) is not working during calls recently, If I use another headset it is working properly. Also there is nothing wrong with my headset too I have connected with other devices and there I could able to speak call using headphone. I have tried restarting my device ejected my sim and reinserted it. Please help me on this

Do you have a 3.5 mm to USB-C converter at hand that you can test with? The Aerocooler fan will also work. This way we can confirm if it's a connection problem or not.

@Gustav_ASUS as I already mentioned if I use other headset ilin my mobile ROG it is working fine and if I use the issue headset in other mobile the headset is working fine could a le to speak calls and the current prob arise is only during calls I could able to listen to music and use voice chats in game using same headset in my rog device

@sbhuvaneshwarans If you'd like, I can send you instructions on how to log your phone via PM. Other than that, a factory reset is always available to try, but I can see why you would like to avoid that.
