Camera quality become too dull after doing Manuel update of recent Android 10 update and now I have degraded it's version to Android 9 pie ...Please asus fix issues in your android 10 update then only you should provide update..There is attachment of camera quality difference of Android 10 and Android 9 pie versions

Could you tell us the respective firmware versions(Settings > About phone > Build number.) of the two phones on the picture?
