Headphones mic volume is too low and the caller can't hear me

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
- Model Name: Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 (ASUS_X01BDA)
- Firmware Version: PKQ1.WW_PHONE-16.2017.1908.070-20190903
- Rooted or not: Not
- Frequency of Occurrence: Always
- APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): All calling apps like What'sapp, Telegram, Discord etc..
When i call someone using any headphones with mic (i tried with 4 different ones), the caller can't listen my voice because the volume si very very low.
I hadn't this problem since i updated to Android 9 😅
How can i solve this? i dont want to root my phone and go back to android 8

I think its the problem of your phones software. Try to factory reset your phone after taking a backup.

If headphones works well in "Safe Mode", please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party Apps. You may try the factory reset.
