Problems making calls - The other person cannot hear me - ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL)

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
- Model Name: ASUS_X00QD
- Firmware Version: QKQ1.190723.002.WW_Phone-17.0615.2003.20-20200325
- Rooted or not: Not
- Frequency of Occurrence: At all times
- APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): phone (versão 46.0.301643300). The problem also occurs with other calls applications, such as WhatsApp, Google Duo
Hi,
I can hear the other person, but the other person cannot hear me.
This is happening to everyone who upgraded to Android 10 ASOP.
When I use the headset or speak through the speakerphone, the other person can hear me.
This problem occurs using the phone, whatsapp and gooogle Duo application.
Does anyone knows how we can fix this problem?

I believe that the problem may be in "Google Assistance" because when disabling it the audio worked.
That way the other person can hear me.

Is your "OK Google" enabled as well?
If yes, we suggest that you disable OK google and check if this improves the problem.

A new firmware update version WW-17.0615.2003.22 has been released.
In the version, we improved the issue of no sound in calls when OK Google is activated.

ASUS Zenfone 5Z
Just for information: I had for a while a similar problem on my 5Z , but only when using WhatsApp for calls (the normal Phone App has always worked fine) . The problem was eventually related to the bad quality of the roaming service: selecting a different local service provider who could ensure 4G connectivity , the problem disappeared and also the phone calls via WhatsApp returned to their standard good quality. So, in my case it was not a specific 5Z phone related issue.
