what should i do to resume the cameras? please advise. thanks

Sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Does the issue appear on the stock camera and Instagram as well?
We suggest that you try clearing cache & storage of Camera (long press "Camera">App Info>Storage & memory>Clear cache/Clear storage), and try to re-install Instagram and check again.
