I don't know why, but my chrome and Gmail always crash. Everytime I want to search or check my email, these two apps always crashed! I alr do force stop and clearing cache, but it all didn't work! Please help me if you know how to solve this problem. Now I use mozila Firefox because i cant use my chrome.

To fix this issue, you just need to uninstall update the chrome app on setting, after that, you can update the latest version of chrome at Google play store! It's stable and this bug is fixed!

Asus Zenfone max pro m2 chrome and Gmail crash

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear cache & storage of Chrome
2. Disable & check if everything works fine
3. Enable chrome back again
4. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
5. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.

Thanks for your inputs. Tried steps 1 to 5. No improvement. Still Gmail and chrome crash. When Chrome app is activated, pt displays Aw, Snap!. Gmail activation comes out of app. Please help.
