My zenfone selfie not booting when unplugged from charger

If I unplugged from the charger, phone restarts again and again, stops with logo powered by android window and again restart. It goes for several time and finally i pressed volume low button during restart and selected power off. It works when I switch on when it is connected to charger

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.

I tried factory reset and signed in with mail id. Got everything back with same problem. Again Phone restarts when unplugged from charger. Phone restarts in safe mode also. Today i checked with service center they said that the problem is with the battery and the spares for the same is not available.
