Armoury crate problem

I recieved my Asus Rog strix G531GT core i5 9th gen laptop yesterday,till yesterday night balanced mode was working fine in armoury crate but from today morning I am unable to see balanced mode.only windows silent performance turbo and manual mode are showing .I am using 2.3.0.0version of armoury crate and I tried to update it to 2.3.5.0 but it's not even updating please help
