Device not charging neither starting up

I switched it off in night,and in morning it was completely dead,so tried to charge it through mobile charger but it was just blinking so I tried to charge with laptop & it was showing charging but it is not increasing & not even starting or booting in any mode,pls help guys

If u see Asus logo only, your phone is sort of dead. Visit near service center.
No it's not showing Asus logo, it's just showing charging logo but won't charge even 1%, that's actual problem I guess
What ever the issue is you need to visit service center to get it fixed.
