This issue happens only during Summer time when environment temperature is high. During charging, if device temperature goes beyond 43°C, your charging will stop and the charging light would start toggling as green and red, green and red...

Only fix is when you face the issue, simply disconnect the charger and switch off your phone and then plugin the charging cable and keep charging the phone till 100%. And try to charge your phone at night during the whole summer.

Just charge the phone in SWITCHED OFF condition when you face this issue of charging getting stopped at 69% or 71% or 74% or 77%. It happens only during summer time.

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.

To recalibrate battery, charge your phone to 100% without interruption.
then discharge it normally till 0%(phone gets switched off).
charge it to 100% in switched off condition and keep it in that state for a little more time.
now switch on your phone in charged condition and unplug when ASUS logo appears.
keep the phone unused for 5 mins.
you will get far better battery life as the battery stats.bin file will be updated.
