Hi all, bit new to this so hope I don't cover topics again.... I have a upgraded my N55 to win 10 and have now lost sound from the internal speakers, hdmi works fine, so do earphones but I cant get sound through the internal speakers. can anybody out there offer any help?

Hello steve90411,
I'm sorry that this model was not designed to support Windows 10.
Please kindly downgrade back to Windows 7 or 8 to have more stable performance.
