My Phone Version WW-16.2017.2004.063 In Latest Update 10 Target Version is Android 9 OS WW-16.2017.1910.059 & WW-16.2017.1912.060 version. Please Help For This . Can I Update From This Version OR Not

First of all, its not the Stable Android 10 they uploaded yesterday. Its just the Developer image version. And about the target version, yes you can install the Developer image version on your .063 build which is higher than .059 and .060.

Not a problem. But make sure to take a full backup of your internal storage before going to install the 10 build.
