But Microsoft will acknowledge the issues and try to fix in the next time. Will Asus do the same?.
In Software Development we have a Agile technology which means Continuous Integration and Continuous development , which means you need to develop a software with out loosing data and the compatibility maintenance with old versions too.
When moving to a newer version , Asus developers has no sense in maintaining its data while going to new UI(Zentalk). I am a software developer for 15 years. Its my request to you not to compare Mountain (Microsoft) with a sand (Asus).
Every software should have bugs that is the reason why every software tech company has R&D , Dev , Support and QA(Quality Analysis) sections. But any tech company that neglects customer experience and issues will fade out of competition soon.

what a lame excuse. with all valid points mentioned by @vckanandvpp in his post, Do you know why windows 8 failed? and why windows 10 is a success? Please be aware of what you compare with beforehand. People have abandoned even Bigger Companies and one good example for BLIND people like you to understand is NOKIA. i am sure with such an attitude from a company like ASUS, they will struggle in a competetive market like india. #NoMoreAsus...
