Very slow file transfer (USB 3.1 looks like USB 2.0)!

I have very slow file tranfer with:
ROG Phone II Global 512GB-12GB with latest ROM
A Original USB-C to USB-C cable
A USB-C to USB 3.0A cable
Notebook with a USB 3.0 type-c port and usb 3.0 type-a port
Looks like the phone doesn't activate USB 3.0 speed tranfer, only 2.0 speeds!!!
(Phone without other problems, hyper charging normally, etc)
Please solve this!

PS.:
USB-C to USB 3.0A cable and notebook tested with a Galaxy S9+: Turbo speeds, ubs 3.0 activated!
Using ROG II side port to test too!

USB-C specs notebook Acer F5-573G:
USB 3.1 Generation 1 with data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps
Charging external devices via USB-C (5 V ; 3 A)

ROG Phone II only supports USB 3.1 and USB 2.0? Doesn't supports USB 3.0?

The stock USB-C to USB-C cable is 2.0, so no surprises there.

You should be achieving 3.0 speeds by using your 3.0A cable and the side port on the ROG II. Have you tried using a third USB-C cable to make sure that the cable is not at fault? You can also try switching the orientation of your cable and/or making sure that your side port is clean.

I tested ROG II with a USB-C - USB-A 3.0 cable. This cable works at 3.0 speeds with Galaxy S9+, with ROGII (side port), only 2.0 speeds.

MacBook Pro 2015, using USB-C to USB-A Samsung cable bundled with Note 8 makes 3.0 transfer speeds. Also with DJI OSMO 3 cable (also USB-C to USB-A).
With both cables 499 MB mp4 file was transferred in 18 sec.
With Samsung cable since the A10 upgrade it's important to plug the cable into the Rog 2 side port with the correct side of the jack facing up.
