Screen not smooth A10 lastest

I found a bug in the latest A10 update
1. The 60hz Scroll or slide screen didn't feel smooth like a frame drop,
2. And try to open MyAsus
Settings> Support> MyAsus, is definitely not possible
Ask to be updated via Playstore even though it is the latest version
Has anyone experienced something similar ??

Idk about 1. But even I cannot open my Asus app it asks to update which is already upto date
