Screenpad just dark on Flip 15 UX563F

Detailed description：
Receive Flip 15 Yesterday, first install done but screenpad doesn't work, the screen remains dark/black
After multiple times attempting to update drivers as instructed in "How to fix the ScreenPad 2.0 problems when it is not working properly on my ASUS notebook - Troubleshooting" performed a Windows Reset, but still the same.

After talking to technical support attempted a fresh install (from windows), this also did not solve the issue.

Last chance is a new install of windows from USB, fingers crossed.

Still no luck, wondering whether there is an issue with the windows version 1909 or an actual HW problem.
Anyone else having this issue with Flip 15 (UX563)?

on reinstalling the Screenpad or installing new OS from USB?

Hi Blake,
In every scenario I have completed the installation, let windows update do what it needs to and checked MyAsus Live Update.
The device manager looks ok and checked the versions of each required component are the latest.
Even when switching to secondary display only the screenpad remains dark.
In other words it appears the "screen" works but just the picture is not displayed.
