FX504 BOOTS TO BIOS

Hi wondered if there is anyone here who could help...
My gaming laptop has started booting to BIOS for no apparent reason. Cannot get into windows at all. Have absolutely no idea how to fix this..

a
did you able to see windows bootmanager device in boot option.
i suspect windows boot manager is not created in EFI partition
Yes I can see the boot manager device
set as boot device and disable csm mode , enable secure boot in bios
Thats the problem. It doesn't come up in the list of boot devices (which is blank) and I can't find any reference to csm mode in the BIOS
When I click f8.. Boot menu
restart the laptop , press esc button before asus logo comes , take video post here
I tried to but the file is too big. But it comes up with a box saying 'select boot device' as in picture below but with only one option... 'Enter Setup'.. This just takes u back to the BIOS
From this picture, I confirmed windows boot manager is completely deleted, so you must create new EFI partition and MSR partition before windows partition.
See below website for creation
Be careful while choosing volume no or partition no, if you choose wrong number windows os might get deleted
Thanks... One last question, can I do this from the BIOS or will I have to boot into windows, say via USB? (I don't really know a lot about EFI partitions..)
boot with windows usb and create EFI and MSR partition

from this picture , i conformed windows boot manager or EFI partition is completely missing or deleted , so you must create EFI partition before Windows partition , see below website to create
