Video call issue

Camera tries to automatically flips front in video call while the phone is in table. This shouldn't happen. It will damage the camera mechanism.

Can you tell me which firmware you're using and which app you were using when the camera tried to flip back during the video call? Thanks!

I have updated my mobile 1 week back and it is running in latest firmware. Please check the below screenshots. And  I'm using IMO video call application. FYI: I'm from India.

Same issues for me also. When am getting a video call and the phone is in pocket camera tries to flip which can damage its mechanism. I found this issue for Whatsapp video call.

Same thing happened with me.. I guess it can be solved by update... But for that asus is need to work.. So many issue but they are not doing any thing promising.....
