Frame drop and phone dying issues

Has anyone here encountered some frame drops on games? I was playing MOBA the other day and noticed some frame drops while playing. I wasn't even on a clash that time. Also, my phone died twice after copying some files thru OTG. It happened after the file transfer and while ejecting the USB. The second time it happened my phone was in a bootloop and I tried the combo buttons and brought me to recovery mode with a warning; "Error loading data, if you encountered the same problem, factory reset your phone".

I recently updated my phone to android 10. Not facing the above issues on android 9. You think it's a firmware related case?

I've noticed huge frame drop while playing PUBG, if phone is put on charging.

Could it be that you're in a hot environment? When playing an intensive game and you plug in the charger, it's already so hot that it will immediately (according to a rule) throttle to keep the temperature from increasing. If you increase the allowed temperature in armoury crate, then this should fix your problem
