Phone heating up and drain the battery after last system update

Model Name: ZB631KL (asus max pro m2)
Firmware Version: 16.2017.2002.073
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):---

please provide a solution for the zb631KL (asus max pro m2) problem which is heating up, batteries run out quickly and a longer charge time since the latest system update.

batteries only last for 5 hours in normal use (100% -15%)

the usual battery charge takes 2-3 hours, currently takes 4-5 hours

applications on smartphones become slower than before the system update

I have tried to find solutions on blogs and Asus zentalk, but have not found a solution.

Here is the solution
1. Enable developer options and scroll down until you find the option named background process limit , click on and enable no background process or any other option which you prefer for
2. Click on background check option( can be seen on developer option section) and choose to enable or disable the background apps which are running or not.
3. Disable Digital Wellbeing , Disable digital wellbeing or uninstall the app and turn off the app usage background too.
4. Disbale print service , Disbale print service which can save more battery
5. Turn off PRIVATE DNS Option on Network Section on settings
6. Install Hibernator app and close the remaining apps ,it can reduce the phone temperature
7. Try to charge your phone in low temperature area and enable airplane mode while charging.
8. Wipe Cache partition
9. Disable Auto sync
10. Turn on battery saver all the time can save more battery
These settings are appiled and has increased battery and performance on my zenfone max pro m2 .....

the battery is a little more efficient, but the heat still appears even if it uses only a few applications.
