Battery Drain | Any suggestions to improve battery

Today I woke up to this.

Always on and Aura RGB were off. I have reset my phone also last week. Half an hour of YouTube and half an hour of Chrome should not lead to this kind of battery loss 😔. 5 hrs of phone idle while I was asleep.
Those who are getting good battery life, please suggest how can I improve battery life.
This feels like 3000 Mah not 6000.

They're asking you to turn off "Lift to check phone", "new notifications" and "always on panel" , you can find them in "Display" settings. Basically they want you to turn everything off. Might as well buy the old nokia 3310 from eBay at this point.
