I am also facing this problem after March security update .70 asus look into this bug and try next update without bug. Camera is very important in now a days this kind of bug can't accept pls provide bug free update asop
I am facing this issue too when I tap the camera for multiple times then it is solved but after some time the problem rises again please help me with it.
Facing same issue with primary camera after last security update. All the settings are fine. Only problem with primary camera, wide angle and front camera is working fine. Asus fix this.

Hey, can you update your device to the latest firmware version which is .70.
Next, check under camera settings for Auto focus. Make sure it's set to default.
Also, have gone through the video. Try under safe mode as well.
Safe mode don't help

This is a hardware issue.
Just turn over your device at flat surface, and knock the camera with your finger hardly

Most probably this is hardware problem as OIS or focusing motor mechanism may have got damaged inside camera module
Kindly take your device to nearest service centre and get ur problem solved
