Detailed description：I just bought Brand new Asus Vivobook and it arrived last night. It is running extremely slow. Not just the internet, I mean anything I click on lags. The start button, apps, webpages, you name it. I hadn't installed any new programs on it either just what it came with.
So now I did a system "Reset". It's been 80minutes and it says "Resetting this PC 25%" . I was told it should only take 30 minutes. Is this normal?
Any advice ?
