Issues on Zenfone 5Z

Until 100.10.107.46 everything was fine. Then on the same firmware (.46) fingerprint reader started to not unlock sometimes when screen is off and it's slower. I have to put the finger 2 times, but not always. I tried to solve with factory reset. I didn't solve the problem.
Now on latest firmware .70 i also face lags/frame drops everywhere sometimes. When i close all recent apps it runs well, no lags, but then they come back. An example when they occur: when i scroll between windows from left or right. It's frustrating.
Asus what's happening? What are you doing? Please fix these issues. I'm not the only one who face these issues. I am truly frustrated. I can't stand these problems. I' m considering to not buy Asus phones anymore because it's absurd

Hi Radu,
For fingerprint problem, we suggest that you try removing the previous fingerprint data and set up new ones. Please check if the problem is improved after this. If not, please tell us how long it takes to unlock while screen off. Does this happen every time?
For the lagging problem, could you show us a short video of the problem?

I have already tried to remove previous fingerprint data and set up new ones. I tried many times. I also did a factory reset. It takes about 1-2 seconds to unlock but not every time. The biggest problem is that it doesn't unlock while screen is off and no, it doesn't happen every time.
I haven't another device to make a video and screen recorder records only at 30 fps so you can't notice lags easily. However it is UI random lags/frame drops issue. I don't face lags when i play games for example. I think that it could be something wrong with the ram management. Can you tell me at least if it should be hardware problem?

Facing the same problem. The fingerprint unlock not working properly.Have to try 2-3 times to unlock.
Same problem exists.... Tried factory reset too..... Still have to apply 3-4 times to unlock phone. Pls see this problem.
You can see the frame drops sometimes. Animation lags or frame drops

@CH_ASUS @Y_ASUS Hello, even if the phone is locked, you can access the quick access menu. Gravissimo security error. Only the mobile data you are asked to unlock, but the rest is not required to unlock. Please pay attention to that. Here the delay also happens, in my case it always recognizes but there is a delay, something of 2 seconds + -, something that did not happen in the previous version.
When the phone is off, the battery is full but the LED is not green, it remains red as if it were still charging, this problem was in the previous version and remained in this. Thanks for listening

And you can activate NFC without lock protections... Those who use google pay are not protected. Someone could take their phone and spend their money... It seems that Asus doesn't care about his customers. Now I will know better what to buy next time
YesYes..... Anyone can access our credentials through it.... Even after loosing the phone one can also turn off the location services from the quick settings samsung and other devices don't let this happen. Even they have a password protection to turn off the phone.

I have too noticed issue in fingerprint senso on .70. Have to atleast 2-3 times before the phone unlocks. Not felt any animation lag or frame drop though.
Experienced same on my device too! Takes about 2-3 attempts to unlock 🔓 device. Same goes with app lock!!!!
Please look at this digital problem is slow and difficult to recognize. Thank you
