Scrolling Wallpapers

Title says it all, really. I'd really like for an option to be added for scrolling wallpapers.

When you pick a wallpaper, depending on which phone you have, there's small button with either "a picture with a pen over it" or a "crop" icon. Here you can find the option for fixed or scrollable image.
