Double/Triple Notification

Frequency of Occurrence: Everytime
Rooted: No
APP Name: FB messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram

Everytime I receive messages on FB/WhatsApp/Instagram , it comes 2/3 times when I close the app.

    Hi 20cmpanda,

    Please provide your firmware version: Settings > System > About Phone > Software information
    Please provide the app versions of FB/WhatsApp/Instagram.

    When this problem appears, please try clearing the background apps and check if the problem is still appearing.

    Firmware: WW_16.0615.1912.115
    FB:255.0.0.33.121
    WhatsApp: 2.20.11
    Instagram: 126.0.0.25.121

    I have the same problem.

    I have exactly same versions. The problem doesn't seems to be solved by clearing the background running apps.

    Do you mean the notification is duplicated when you receive them?
    Please send us screenshots.
    Does it happen when you open the app or close the app?

    I received a new notification alert.
    Attachment not found.

    I cleared all notifications



    an hour later, the same notification alert came again.
