SINCE THE NEW FIRMARE CAME OUT BLUETOOTH IS NOW WORKING IN OUR PHONES AND ALTOUGH MANY OF US REPORTED THE ISSUE HERE YOU KEEP IGNORING US. HOW LONG DO WE STILL HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE YOU FIX THIS?

Hi daniele.ans, If users encounter Bluetooth issues in WW- 100.10.107.36, we would suggest that users follow the steps below to improve the problem: 1. Download and open the APK: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/ZenFone/ZS620KL/bt_tool.apk 2. If it shows "false", this indicates successful modification. 3. Reboot your phone and reconnect it to your Bluetooth device. The further improvement for the Bluetooth issue is under investigation. Thanks for your understanding.
