Hello! I posted here in spring 2019 with the same problem: https://www.asus.com/zentalk/thread-265857-1-1.html It worked for a few weeks but then it stopped working again. So I just gave in and did not try to fix the problem again because at that point I was really annoyed (because I had spent a lot of money for a feature that did not work properly). I just did not use the screenbar. A few days ago I gave it a try again, reinstalled the toolbar than it worked for two days. And today: Nothing again. Please help in fixing the problem once and for all. ScreenPad Toolbar: 2.0.23.0 Precision Touchpad: 15.0.0.12 ScreenPad display: 100.0.0.2 Win 10, no updates of WIN or BIOS I know of. Thanks! Kat

Hi Blake! After reinstalling the drivers. However after reinstalling the drivers screenpad turned itself on  the toolbar was showing. But then I clicked somewhere on the touchpad and it disappeared (like it should be) and I cannot drag it down again. So maybe some preferences are preventing it from working properly? Do you have any idea on where to start looking? Thanks! Kat

Hello Kat, Was there any error message, maybe in "Device manager"? Since we still don't know what has happened on your device, let's do this all over again. Please check if your BIOS and Windows are all up to date. There was a new BIOS 307, not sure if you have updated. Then run checking windows update (Setting> Update & Secutiry) https://www.asus.com/Laptops/ASUS-ZenBook-Pro-14-UX480FD/HelpDesk_Download/ After all of these things were done, reinstall the screenpad drivers. I'm sorry that it's a bit troublesome, so if you have trouble going through all the process yourself, I would suggest you to backup your device and send it to service center, they can help you to do a more complete examination. Thank you.

Hello Blake, thanks for your hints - I will try to update Windows and BIOS and give the reinstallation another go. In the worst case I will return the notebook to the store where I bought it. Thanks for your help! Kat
