High altitude and low temperatures Effections on Zenfone

Hi, I have been climbing at noon time to an 970 meters mountain with a full charged battery. The weather was 7 degrees celsius . The Zenfone could not start. In the morning of that day, in sea level, everything was fine and again in the evening , also at sea level everything was fine again. Please state the altitude range of limitation and same for the temperature.

Hi, I can assure you that ZenFone 2 can be used in situations more critical. I used it in mountain at  2800 m., with temperature around 0, running for hours a GPS tracking application. I think your battery is the end of its life.
