Hii I unable to unlock bootloader

Asus provided officially Unlock Device Tool for Lollipop only. However there is an unofficial Tool for Marshmallow, search for ZF2_one_click_unlock_by_sorg_v2.zip or unlock_for_zf2_551ml_6.0_20160703.zip. Another option is to downgrade to Lollipop and use the official Asus Tool.
