good afternoon these days i'm trying to burn some cd with different burning programs but the result that all of me miss writing normally i use ashampoo burning 20 attached there is the screenshoot of the error. by chance can you help me find an updated driver / firmware to understand if he is the reason for not burning? because the same brand DVDs there quietly burn but the cd no thanks

use other burining software to write audio cds. or use windows built tool using explorer. use cd+r or cd-r discs keep very low speed 1x
