open app lock with fingerprint not respond

APP Name: app lock

slow and sometime not respond when i use fingerprint to open app lock , this phone always get reset after get update frimware ... please fast fix thx.

I have the same problem when using digital lock in apps. It is impermissible for ASUS to release an update as bad as this one.
