Poor service security not update time to time

Dear Asus team ,
Very poor response for security update I am so many phone all are provide time to update but Asus not provide software update time to time

    Yes, its 11 now and still no "JUNE" patch update. Well there's even no point in discussing about the time of update.... They still would only update the security patch and nothing new... Or no bug fixes.

    absolutely true... I'm regretting why did I choose 5z over One plus 6t. After using OnePlus 3 for 3 yrs. 5z is waste of money not worth. Oneplus has way better quality, My screen broke in just one drop as compared with oneplus, it has dropped zillion times but no harm yet.

    That's my last Asus phone as well. I'm beated. It's beatiful, the camera is awesome... but that's all. No fix for big issues, no improvements to extend/stability in wifi and mobile data, no new features. I'm not angry, I'm just tired.

    It's so sad to read that. We think we're alone. We talk with the suport and report bugs but nothing happens after that. That isn't cool.

    Sorry to say that but what you say makes no sense. Zenfones and One plus phones don't came from the same construction and components parameters. One plus is One plus, Zenfone is Zenfone... That would be fair only betwen 1+s or Zenfones but never among them all.

    Well can't understand the reason behind this. Why are you doing this asus? Atleast not improvements but provide us with security patch no. We can understand that asus is busy in marketing for 6Z but once in a month only we are asking not more. And if this pace what you guys are going to keep up with then I'm afraid we cannot even hope for ANDROID Q.

    Mr Smith is infection so many Android device but still no latest security patch update. This is serious problem Asus please look into it
