Hi zahranaderi94, Could you help us clarify your firmware version? Kindly provide your firmware version: Settings > System > About Phone > Software information Which version are you trying to upgrade to? Please screenshot your download manager and FOTAservice app info for us. Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > Three dots on top right > Show system > Download Manager & FOTAService Please also check your PM for a message I have sent you. Thanks for your help 🙂
