Battery problem

After the pie update I found a problem in my pro m1 ,Now it's takes time almost 4 hours 0%-100% Please give update to fix battery problem

I just checked it's takes 4 hours and when I uses the phone while charging it's not charge,,like 33% while using after 1 hour 29%
