Gente não sei mais o que fazer, faz um mês que meu celular só quer carregar desligado. Ele não está reconhecendo o carregador se conectar com ele ligado,troquei o cabo e nada. Quando eu conecto ele no PC ele reconhece normalmente e começa a carregar. Alguém sabe dizer se esta ocorrendo algum problema, há resetei o aparelho pensando ser problema de atualização e também não resolveu

Good Morning!  so my cell phone when it is switched on does not recognize the charger anymore when it is off it charges normally.  when it is connected it only loads connected to the computer, I already reseted it thinking it is updated problem but it did not solve, I thought it was a cable problem, I bought another one and it also did not solve the problem.  a detail if I reboot the phone already with the charger connected it recognizes the charger and starts charging connected
