Zenfone 4 Can't Connect to Service

APP Name: SYSTEM

I have a zenfone 4, and I inserted a sim and tried to call, but it tells me to turn off airplane mode which I do not have on. I tried taking the sim in and aou and disabling and re-enabling. I am in Austalia.
