Twin Dock triggers are not working

Hi, I have been using my twin dock for less than 2 weeks and the air triggers have stopped functioning. Have restarted my phone multiple times and tried across different games but it is not working anymore. Please advise if there is anything i can do for my phone. Thank you/

Hi a_s_g966, We would suggest you update to the latest firmware version WW-15.1630.1903.89 and check if the problem still appears. If the problem still appears, kindly show us a short video of the problem, and check if AirTriggers are enabled in Game Center.
