Please try clearing cache of System UI.
Settings > Apps & notfications > App info > three dots on the top right > Show system > System UI.
If the problem still appears,
Could you tell me your firmware version and System UI version?
* Find the firmware version in Settings > System > About phone > Software information
Does this problem appear after any specific actions on the phone?
Could you show me a screenshot of the problem?
