Iphone wont connect to laptop via bluetooth

Tried connectiong Zenbook to Iphone 8 ...laptop recognizes it but iPhone does not Thoughts? Thanks Dan

iPhone , on Bluetooth , enable this device to connect internet via Bluetooth , I don't have iPhone , read the user manual of iPhone
