I'm having problems with the wifi. Example if I am connected to my router and I disconnect the router from the energy, the cell phone remains connected to the wifi network of this router that was turned off, even having another wifi network nearby it does not disconnect automatically and connect in another wifi network.

Hi jhonyvivianello Good day Please help to confirm your model (ZE552KL or ZE553KL ) What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number) Do you mean your phone remains connected to the wifi network after you choose "Forget network" to disconnect the wifi ?
