Hi i'm using zenfone 5 after i updated my os android 9. Then this always happen. What is this problem? Thank you. It's not lag. When i restart my phone it will disappear. Thank you for the help. 😊

    Good day.
    If your Asus Launcher is on version 5.5.2.19, please kindly restore it for a check.
    ( settings > apps & notifications > see all apps > app info>Asus Launcher > storage & memory >manager space > delete app data)

    If this problem still appears, Does it happen when using any specific app?

    Hi good day again. I've followed your instruction but still it always happen specially when i'm using youtube app and i'm using may phone in landscape mode.

    I would suggest you update the firmware to the latest WW-v16.0615.1903.92 for a check.
    If this problem still appears, could you show me a video of your operation?
