[Asus max m2 pro] When I play the music, sometimes there's a 1 popping sound and even when you received a message there's a 1 popping sound from the start . I tried it with headset,speaker, bluetooth headset but there's still the popping on the start of the music. (tried it also in safemode). Is it normal or I should return it? Just bought it on 24 February 2019.

Just go to settings->sounds->advanced and disable touch sound.

Thanks for the help but I've already disabled it and the sound still occur., Btw I have a request. Can you go to setting->sounds->default notification sound-> then keep pressing the "new message" ringtone and check if there's a 1 very quick static sound when you spam press it. If yes, then there's no problem on my phone but if there's no static sound on yours then my phone have the problem. Thanks in advance! I'll really appreciate it if you did this
Whenever i wear headphones and click on music application i was also able to hear some clicking sound as i click on play button and back and home button or clicking on any application i was able to hear some clicking sound but i always keep my phone on vibration mode then also i was able to hear a low clicking sound but in pie beta it's over but their was some crackling sound for mili sec when i click newmessage for 3times or more it must be software issue. But without headphone i was unable to hear that clicking sound if you can hear that clicking sound without headphone then you should replace your device and that newmessage that you said i was able to hear that without headphones.
Yes, I've already updated it and I think its the hardware itself because sometimes I can still hear it when I play music.
We're going to Asus service center for more verification then replace it if there's a problem and luckily I found this problem 5 days after buying it so I can still ask for replacement. Thanks for the help.
Yes if it's the hardware issue just take a copy of it from service centre which mentioned that issue clearly it would help you for replacement form flipkart because flipkart send their service person to check the issue if they feel it's not the issue they will reject your request at that time you can show then service centre copy so that you can file your clame for replacement.
My only problem is this sound is so annoying because the popping/crackling sound is can be heard sometimes in notification,games or music. Maybe its a bug or something. Is it a defect or bug? or the asus zenfone's speaker is really shit. But I really hope its just a bug. Btw thanks again for the help

The sound problem can't be replicated on test model.

There's a thread similar to mine, the popping/cracking sound only appears in some applications.Techs from service center already checked it on smmi test. Since they only accept a phone with defect when it fails in smmi test. Then I don't know which one has the problem, the hardware or the software?.
Sorry, I cant post any video rn but you can clearly hear it if you spam press{continuous) the "new message" ringtone in settings. The popping sound that you can hear from that is the sound you can hear from some application with popping sound in the phone. (The popping sound from the "new message" ringtone can be hear to all Zenfone max since we tried it at the service center).
Btw the popping sound is not continuous but you can hear it sometimes.For example, a song with 2:00 duration and the popping sound only ticks every 10 or 20s. Sometimes it is annoying so I think this thing should be fix if its proven a software problem.
