On power up only voice input no keypad input possible

Gentlemen:

Not sure what happened but I somehow lost the ability to enter my password via keyboard input - when I reboot.
There is nothing I can do. Rebooted in Safe Mode - but it still requests password. There is an option to enter using voice but that does not work either..
Stuck and don't know what options I have.

I also went into Google Play Store but the phone is not showing up in the list of devices.

Any suggestions?

    What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number)
    Hi, please go to Settings> Apps> All> ZenUI Keyboard. Clear the App data and cache.
    If the issue still exists, kindly provide your ZenUI Keyboard version.
