Answer the calling

Why we can't touch and hold the finger sensor to answer the calling coming and have to open the locked green with password ? We can't turn it on in the setting. Versus we can't change the calling green with personalization.. Please tell me when zb570tl update, especially Android P..thanks 😍

What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number). Please check in security&lock screen > screen lock > password (secure start-up ) You can cancel require password to start device setting. Could you describe more clearly about calling green ? Thank you!
