Zenfone 5Z VoLTE

Hi, i need a help.

The sound quality of my smatphone is not ok.

And other point is that VoLTE is disabled for zenfone 5Z.

My sim carrier ,Tim Brasil, suports VoLTE, in my older smatphone it works perfectly.

How can i solve this problems?

    Could you kindly tell me more about the sound quality of ZS620KL?
    Which firmware version are you currently on? Did you wear a headset or earphone? is it wireless or wire?
    If possible, please show me a sample or video for our reference.

    For the VoLte problem, we have consulted our tech team about this problem.

    After pie update wifi is not working properly...it show connected but no internet where other phone is connected and working net fine ....need help
